Nanlin Xaio founded CyberObject in . A native of Wuhan, China. Xaio received his American citizenship in . He provides the company’s direction and remains its Chief Technical Architect. A “hands on” manager, Xaio takes an active interest in CyberObject’s day to day operations.
Larry D. Smith, a former AmeriTech executive, is primarily responsible for marketing, sales, and vendor relationships. Having worked in a number of positions with AmeriTech, Smith is intimately familiar with the challenges of producing more revenue, reducing costs, and keeping everyone happy.
Lucy Letchford brings to CyberObject Corporation over twenty year of experience in the fields of IT, Project Management and Quality Assurance. She has worked in both large and small companies. At a world-renowned avionics company which provided avionics, air data computer systems, & advance electronics to the military, health, & avionics industries, she was instrumental in their Y2K initiative and obtaining ISO9000 certification. During her tenure in a couple of smaller companies, she implemented Quality Assurance best practices and established Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, while managing the Quality Assurance Department. At CyberObject, Lucy is the Senior Project Manager and SQA Manager. She manages the day to day activities of the technical staff and the customer projects and is setting up the company’s CMMI Program
