I-Serve

With the popularity of the Internet and a rapid growth of e-business, more and more customers are able to Interface with their service providers through the Web.  iServe is an exceptionally cost effective tool for providing customer self-service over the Internet.

Customers may access iServe using a regular Web browser via the Internet.  There is no additional software or installation of any kind.  iServe provides access to all the functionalities of ICAS and iWeb with the single exception of the paperless ticketing function.  The only significant difference is that the user interface is designed for a less sophisticated user and is more intuitive.  Once a case of trouble has been placed using iServe, a trouble report is created internally and a copy of the trouble report is available to the customer.  The customer may then save or print the trouble report for future reference.

Like ICAS and iWeb, iServe provides complete flow through trouble administration from receipt, screen through testing and dispatch.  It executes the same set of rules as ICAS and iWeb.  iServe accesses your OSS systems through the same iProxies as ICAS and iWeb thus ensuring parity to CLEC customers and potentially providing unprecedented access to your key business customers.
